New Genki Ramen in Oahu

I love this little ramen shop! The food is very tasty and served quickly by wonderful staff. Their fried rice is one of my favourites!!

I do enjoy coming here from time to time. The prices are reasonable and the food is good. I don’t like that they give the food as it comes out. I would prefer to get all the food one time. For example my daughter got her food first and a few minutes later my husband got his after, then myself and lastly my son. Between when my daughter got her food to my son who was last, it was probably a good 10-15 minutes. Our gyoza also did not come until after all the food came and my husband had to ask for the other order so by the time it came we had pretty much eaten all the other food already. Overall the staff was friendly and refilled our waters in a timely manner. If you’re looking for something on the cheaper side at the town center with decent food I would recommend this place.

Not many visitors will find this hidden treasure in Mililani Town Square - but if you are just arriving from a move/PCS, be sure to try this place. We really like it. Servings are big enough to easily share.

Absolutely disappointing. Service was good, hence the one star but disgusting Ramen. Definitely won’t eat there again.

The food was okay my noodles were stuck together even after I poured the broth on them.

Ordered the New Genki Big Bowl for delivery and it did not disappoint. It was huge, they delivered the noodles and veggies separate from the broth, and the added toppings were also separated so you can put it together yourself. It was delicious and I didn't even get halfway through before I was full. Will order again since I'm sick and the broth is going straight to my soul 😍

Probably my favorite ramen place so far. Prices are fair and the food is delicious! During happy hour you get free gyoza with the purchase of ramen.

Noodles were overcooked (mushy, should be more aldente, maybe using cheaper noodles) the free gyoza was cold and untasty...don't know if they are new owners but I will not go there again...

3 tables sat after I was seated with their menus and waters. Had to get our own menu. Had to ask for my water. No refill. Everyone else got their checks and left. We had to get up and ask for the check, paid at the register. Take out container was thrown on the table.

Service was excellent, staff courteous and friendly, but my mabo tofu ramen was a little saltier than usual. Price was OK, a little better than comparable restaurants.

Food looked better than it tasted. Very bland. Even the assortment of spices and sauces on the table did not help. The service seemed rushed to take your order but the wait for the food seemed excessive.

Great food for a reasonable price. Customer service is why I am a repeat customer. They remember my family and always greet us with a smile and fast service. I highly recomend this place to anyone.

1st time there. Chicken fried rice, shrimp Chow mein and crispy fried osters were very good and very tasty. We'll be back soon.

Currently open for takeout and dine-in. Servers and cooks wearing face masks and plexiglas dividers between tables and in front of the cashier. Doors remain open (so you don't have to touch it). After clearing the dishes from a table, saw the server cleaning the high chair. The only touch point is when you have to pay. You can tell they are doing their best to keep themselves and customers safe, and because of that I am happy to give them business.

Pork fried rice is so good! the free gyoza is so good! i have only gotten takeout but i find myself eating here so often! food is so good! and so reasonably priced too!

Good place to eat Ramen on a cold night. Well does not have to be cold but it helps. Fast service.

We went here because we had a gc to this place. I saw spam katsu on the menu and was excited becuase up until that point, I thought my aunty was the only person who had the idea to make it. LOL.I did get it and I was really disappointed. I think they did use Spam and it was nice thick cuts, its just that the curry was really flavorless. I know that every culture has their own curry, and while I always prefer that local hawaiian curry flavor (think Zippys/L&L curry), I know that japanese curry isn't as robust. Still, I have had my fair share of japanese curry, and this... was just bad. It really killed my whole meal and experience.Maybe this place has great noodles or other things, but just based off that flavorless curry I will never return to this place again.

First time I tried ramen in this town. It was good. I ordered the New Genki Ramen with extra char siu and an egg and a side order of Gyoza. It came out very huge!!! You can see how small my hand compared to the bowl.

Delicious Chicken Katsu and Fried Rice! I always enjoy with a side of Deep Fried Gyoza. Fast service, quick in-and-out, hardly ever have to wait. Highly-recommend!

Did not care for the seafood ramen, I asked if they could make spicy seafood ramen, they said yea, but was not what I expected. Oh well, next time learn, no go back sorry!

Brings out dishes one at a time. So by the time my wife gets her order, I have to eat my order as a cold meal. Terrible service.

It's a pretty good ramen shop. My family and I come here once in a while, especially when it's cold. I had the spicy seafood ramen. Which wasn't too spicy and didn't have an overwhelming taste. It was okay. I've had the pork ramen and the genki ramen before and they were pretty good. My kids usually get the combo meal with the small ramen, fried rice, and gyoza. Service was okay, like the usual asian/chinese service... straight to the point. No one was mean or rude or anything. I'll always come back to this ramen shop when in Mililani.
